We are looking for aQuantity Surveyorto join a dynamic and growing team specializing in a diverse range of projects. The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering schemes ranging from£70K to £1M, with total package values of£4.5M throughout. Youll manage costs, contracts, and value engineering across projects that include:
- Car parks
- Housing developments
- Other civil and infrastructure works
While candidates from any construction industry background are welcome to apply, a background incivilsormain contractingis preferred, as these provide an excellent foundation for overseeing projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cost estimates, valuations, and procurement activities.
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting and monitor project profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
